If I am under 18 years of age, I will disclose that information to you, and in addition, I will provide you a note stating that I have parental permission to participate in the Yoga practice.

The location is in Palisades Park which is phenomenal; a perfect spot to practice with the ocean in the background and various natural lights that appear at the end of the day. South Lopez Canyon heads toward one of many Haunted Tunnels. Starting the week of Oct 20 we will be starting at 5pm until time changes Falls back on Nov 2.

After practice we can get some food and drinks at one of the local restaurants…selection of Greek, Thai, or Mexican food are my favorite!! The function of this organizer is only to organize the hike, therefore, each person who signs up "yes" for this event is responsible for their own safety.
